By recentring digital images through video and large-scale print transfers on found textiles and plexiglass, this work explores the relationship between digital images and the individual, as well as the dialogue between images themselves. Transferring these images into physical space allows them to be reclaimed from the ephemeral realm of the digital and reconsidered outside their original context, forming new connections and creating a network of images in conversation with each other. By displacing the images into tactile, invasive forms, the installation forces the viewer to confront the culture of image-sharing, addressing image ownership and functionality in an era defined by image saturation, remix culture, and anxieties around disconnection.
